Aftercare Tips

Avoid intense exercise and heat exposure (saunas, steam rooms) for 24–48 hours.
Minimise alcohol for 24 hours to reduce swelling or bruising.
Sleep elevated on the first night to help reduce swelling.
Cleanse gently and avoid harsh lip scrubs or exfoliants for 24 hours.
