Welcome to Nuva Aesthetics. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which provide important information about your appointment and treatment.

1. Services
Nuva Aesthetics provides cosmetic treatments performed by RN Catherine Wong (Division 1, AHPRA Reg: NMW0001675847), practising within her professional scope and under appropriate medical oversight.
All treatments are determined individually following a consultation, which includes discussion of suitability, potential risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare.

2. Consultation (Mandatory)
A consultation is required before any cosmetic treatment.
During your consultation:
Your medical history, medications, allergies, and relevant factors will be reviewed.

Treatment suitability is assessed individually — not all clients are eligible for all procedures.

RN Catherine will explain:

  • The nature and purpose of the treatment
  • Expected results and variability
  • Risks, side effects, and complication
  • Contraindications and alternative options
  • Required aftercare

Providing accurate information is essential. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee treatment will proceed.

3. Treatment Process
Only clinically suitable clients who give informed consent will receive treatment.

Results cannot be guaranteed and vary between individuals.

Treatments are 18+ only.

Injectable treatments are not provided during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when trying to conceive.

4. Risks & Side Effects
All cosmetic treatments carry some risk and potential side effects, which will be explained during consultation and detailed in consent forms.

5. Payments & Refunds
Consultations are free.

A $50 deposit is required for treatment appointments and is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 3 days’ notice.

Payment for treatments is due at the time of service.

Refunds are not available for treatments that have been completed, as fees cover the clinician’s time, assessment, equipment, and consumables. Any refund requests for other reasons may be considered at the clinic’s discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Minimum 3 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal and health information is confidential and handled in accordance with privacy laws. Photography or videography requires mutual consent and is used only for documentation or purposes agreed to in writing.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials associated with Nuva Aesthetics are protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
